• 小心 = carefully
• 驶得 = driven
• 万 = 10,000
• 年 = year
• 船 = boat

i.e. "one can always stay out of harm's way if one takes care":

• take heed of the Chinese seafaring ways
• take heed of the Japanese term "banzai" (also meaning "ten-thousand years")
• taking care of something leads to its longer life
